Contact support using the email address above. Reports about missing attachments, incorrect calculations, lost records, signatures, PDF exports and crashes are especially useful.
Where are my records stored?
NDT Studio maintains working data on your device and can synchronize your professional records between supported iPhone, iPad and Mac devices through your private iCloud/CloudKit storage. This uses your Apple Account; no separate NDT Studio cloud account is required.
Synchronization and backup
Live iCloud/CloudKit synchronization keeps the active professional dataset available across supported devices. Backup & Restore is a separate system that creates portable archives in your iCloud Drive for recovery and portability. Before removing the app, replacing a device or installing a development build that may affect stored data, confirm synchronization and keep an appropriate portable backup.
Camera, Photos and Files
NDT Studio requests access only when you choose to capture evidence, attach a file, import a technical document, or scan a single- or multi-page document into the Document Library. Permissions can be reviewed in Apple system Settings. Imported or scanned documents should be reopened after saving to confirm that the selected file is available.
Reviewer signatures
A signature records information entered by the reviewer; it is not identity verification or certification by Ahrend Digital Studios. Confirm that the reviewer’s name, role, organisation and signature are visible before sharing a record.
Calculators and references
Results and reference material are aids only. Verify inputs, units and results against the applicable approved procedure, current standard, equipment instructions and employer requirements before professional use.
